In the second half of my career, I am generating value for my customers by using my core strengths:
listening, asking questions, triggering development.
I consciously use my knowledge, my competencies and long years of experience to focus my attention on a personal challenge or situation, to support individuals in making choices, solving dilemmas or coping with stress, conflict or change.
